Data Deletion

You can ask us to permanently delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, for any of our Services (RIOS, AssistMe, AI Masterclass, The Intentional Leader, BW Group Essential Oils, or bwsolutiontech.com). This includes data connected to a WhatsApp Business account you've interacted with through any of these Services.

How to request deletion

Send an email — this is the one method that works for every Service, since it goes to a person, not an automated queue:

Email admin@bwsolutiontech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Tell us which Service your data is with (e.g. RIOS, AssistMe) and the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number your data is under.
We'll confirm we've received your request within 5 business days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Once a deletion request is completed, we permanently remove:

Your contact record — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and any custom fields
Conversation history and messages associated with your record
Any notes, tasks, or business records tied specifically to you
Account login credentials, if you had an account with us directly

What we may keep, and why

A small amount of data may be retained even after a deletion request, only where the law requires it or where removing it would break a legitimate business record:

Financial and transaction records — retained where required for tax, accounting, or legal reporting obligations, for the period the law requires
Aggregated or de-identified data — information that no longer identifies you personally (e.g. anonymized campaign statistics) is not personal data and isn't deleted, since it was never traceable back to you in the first place
Records needed to resolve an active dispute — kept only for as long as that specific matter is open

Everything else connected to you is removed in full.

WhatsApp-specific data

If your data reached us through a WhatsApp Business conversation (for example, with RIOS or AssistMe), deleting your record with us removes it from our own systems. It does not delete messages still stored on your own device or within WhatsApp/Meta's own systems — you can manage or delete those directly within WhatsApp itself.
