This Privacy Policy explains how Book World, trading as BW Solution Tech ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use RIOS, AssistMe, AI Masterclass, The Intentional Leader, BW Group Essential Oils, our Book World WhatsApp marketing service, or bwsolutiontech.com (together, the "Services"). We take data protection seriously and design our practices around applicable data protection law in the regions we operate in, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

1. What Data We Collect

Depending on which Service you use, we may collect:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company, and role, provided when you sign up, request a sample, or contact us
• Account and usage data — login activity, feature usage, and preferences within RIOS or AssistMe
• Business data you submit — contact records, conversation logs, and notes you enter into RIOS; business transactions, tasks, and voice inputs you provide to AssistMe
• WhatsApp marketing data (Book World) — if you are a customer of Book World, we may hold your phone number, name, and message history exchanged over WhatsApp, along with your marketing consent status. We only send marketing messages to contacts who have explicitly opted in, and we honor opt-out requests immediately
• Payment information — processed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay; we do not store your full card or bank details on our own servers
• Community activity — messages and participation within our WhatsApp communities for AI Masterclass and The Intentional Leader
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and performance purposes

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services you use
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account, class schedules, or support requests
• To send WhatsApp marketing messages, but only to contacts who have given explicit consent to receive them, and never beyond the scope of that consent
• To power AI-generated features (such as message drafting or business insights) within RIOS and AssistMe — your data is used only to serve you, never to train shared models used by other customers
• To send you updates or marketing communications, where you have opted in — you may unsubscribe at any time
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

We use reputable cloud infrastructure providers to host and process data on our behalf. Depending on the specific service, data may be stored in different global regions, selected for reliability and performance. Where cross-border data transfer safeguards are legally required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place with our processors.

4. Third-Party Processors

We work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our Services, including:

Each of these providers is contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes we specify and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account or subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to erasure")
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

7. How to Exercise Your Rights, Including Data Deletion

To make a request regarding your personal data — including a request to delete your data — email us at admin@bwsolutiontech.com with the subject line "Data Request." Please tell us which Service the request relates to (for example, "Book World WhatsApp") and the phone number, email, or account the request concerns, so we can locate your data quickly. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review, to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely immune to risk, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your accounts.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under 13. Where a Service (such as certain AI Masterclass content) may be relevant to younger students, participation requires a parent or legal guardian to register and consent on the minor's behalf.

10. Cookies

Our websites may use essential cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use invasive tracking or third-party advertising cookies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the relevant Service.
