This Privacy Policy explains how Book World, trading as BW Solution Tech ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use RIOS, AssistMe, AI Masterclass, The Intentional Leader, BW Group Essential Oils, or bwsolutiontech.com (together, the "Services"). We take data protection seriously and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Personal Data Protection Laws (PDPL) across the regions we operate in.
Depending on which Service you use, we may collect:
For your own account details, we decide how the data is used. For the data about your customers that you put into RIOS, you decide why and how it is used, and we process it only on your instructions, to run RIOS for you. You are responsible for having the consent you need to message your customers.
Our infrastructure is hosted with reputable cloud providers in data centres outside India (currently including Japan). Where your data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, as required by applicable law.
We work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our Services, including:

We name providers by category to keep our systems secure; the names of the specific providers we use are available on request at admin@bwsolutiontech.com. Each of these providers is contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes we specify and in compliance with applicable data protection law.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account or subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7). Data about your customers in RIOS is deleted within 30 days of your account closing or a verified deletion request, other than records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. People who receive messages sent through RIOS can opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which no further marketing messages are sent to them.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review, to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely immune to risk, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your accounts.
Our Services are not directed at children under 13. Where a Service (such as certain AI Masterclass content) may be relevant to younger students, participation requires a parent or legal guardian to register and consent on the minor's behalf.
Our websites use essential cookies for basic functionality and analytics that measure visits to our websites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the relevant Service.
