What does design include?
Design covers your brand identity (logo, colours, fonts), the look and flow of your website or app (UI and UX), and the everyday creatives you post on social media and WhatsApp. We design them together so your business looks like one trusted brand everywhere.
What is the difference between UI and UX?
UI is how something looks: colours, type, buttons and layout. UX is how it works: whether people find what they need quickly and complete what they came to do. Good design needs both, and we test the flow on real phones before building.
Do I own the design files?
Yes. You receive the source files, exports and a simple brand guide when the work is complete, so you are never locked in to us.
How long does design take?
A brand refresh or a website design typically takes one to three weeks, depending on how quickly we get feedback. App designs take longer because there are more screens. We give you a dated plan before we start.
Do I need a new website or can you improve my existing one?
It depends. If your current site is on a sound platform, loads fast and is easy to edit, we improve it. If it is slow, hard to use on a phone, or cannot be edited, a rebuild is usually cheaper than patching. The free business audit tells you which.
